Road Has Been Built during One Day in Krasnoyarsk Territory: They Put Asphalt Right on the Grass
Residents of Minderla village consider this road to be suitable only for those, who are going to pop off. The local authorities, however, had really serious reasons for the rush, more important than human lives.
The new road, which has been struggled for by the locals during 6 years, does not bring them happiness. Asphalt was grouted with the breach of all engineering rates, directly on the grass during only one day! This happened after they had found out, the quality would be inspected by the governor himself.
However, the governor’s plans changed. He didn’t visit the village, to the joy of the local authorities. The residents addressed to journalists after this case. They say, the governor had allocated 4 millions of the Russian roubles, that is about 4.000.000 rubles, from the reserve fund for the road surface.
Experts tested the asphalt after the scandal. It turned out, it was grouted directly on the ground without interlaying even in the middle o the road. Driving there was dangerous to life, the experts agreed with the locals.
The governor personally promised the residents to improve the situation till the beginning of winter. This means allocation of extra money in addition to those 4 millions buried in asphalt.
